Firewood Directory is a listing service that connects customers with local firewood suppliers. We do not sell firewood directly, so traditional return policies do not apply to our directory service.

All purchases of firewood are made directly with individual suppliers listed in our directory. Each supplier has their own return and refund policies. We recommend:

While we cannot mediate disputes between customers and suppliers, we encourage both parties to work together to resolve issues fairly. Suppliers who consistently receive complaints may be removed from our directory.
